Specializing in Medicare related insurance plans, I started JLR Benefits Consulting after spending 10 years as a captive agent for Blue Cross and Blue Shield.  Over those years, I helped thousands of people make the right choice for their health care needs.  By becoming an independent licensed insurance consultant, it allowed me the opportunity to work solely for YOU.   Too often people are told what they want you to hear  which often leads to poor decision making.  I've always been passionate about helping seniors and giving them the tools and education needed to be able to confidently select the appropriate Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, or Medicare Part D drug plan.  Although my "soft spot" is for the senior population, I am also willing and able to assist with Individual and Group Health Insurance, Individual Dental, and various Life Insurance products.
